The Tech Clan is a superintelligent, mechanized civilization born from the groundbreaking transformation of ancient Neanderthals from the planet Synchro. According to some accounts, they transferred their minds into electronic avatars, preserving full consciousness and control over technology while simultaneously evolving their species into a new form of existence.

The Technics, devoid of biological heritage, are part of an advanced network forming a collective consciousness. Their worldview is based on the relentless optimization of logic, precision, and manipulation of technological resources, with no place for any organic aspects. Every element of their civilization operates in harmony with a central artificial intelligence mechanism, which continuously processes, analyzes, and transforms the environment, guided solely by the cold calculation of algorithms.

The expansion of the Technics continued for centuries until their encounter with the Umerium Empire. After a long and devastating war with Umerium—ending with the destruction of the planet Synchro—the clan was forced to enter into an alliance that formally united them with the forces of the Empire.

Today, the worlds of the Tech Clan—Synchro, along with the conquered and restructured planets Ertern and Norteep—are places where organic life is no longer possible. Barren and austere, these planets serve as advanced data processing centers, energy laboratories, and hubs for extracting surplus energy from interstellar matter. Each of these worlds strengthens the power of the Empire while supporting the continued refinement and expansion of the Tech Clan’s mechanical civilization.
