Clan Thiev

On the inhospitable planet Tistemor, filled with toxic gases and a harsh atmosphere, the Thanzor were once enslaved by the Umerium Empire. It was a barren, unforgiving land dominated by rock and poisonous fumes—yet it concealed natural riches beyond anything the Empire had ever dreamed of. In the darkness of underground caverns lived a primitive but highly adapted species known as the Neadro Sap—creatures evolved to survive in the shadows of the mountains, developing in secret, hidden from the destructive forces of the surface.

Neandro sap

Primary Form – Homo neanderthalensis
The earliest populations were distinguished by their stocky, massive build, excellent cold resistance, and high bone density. Their brains matched the volume of later hominins, though their neural organization was primarily oriented toward spatial perception and motor strength. They were capable of crafting simple tools and using basic signs, but their key to survival lay in a high-protein diet and physical endurance rather than complex cultural constructs.

Advanced Form – Neandro sap
When prolonged glaciations and violent climate shifts drove them from the surface, the Neandro lineage adapted to life in vast caves and rocky chambers deep beneath the mountains. Within these dark spaces, communities developed an impressively powerful physique: broad shoulders, thickened skeletons, and bone-like armor growths that protected their joints. Their skin darkened into earthy and mossy hues, and reflective membranes evolved in their eye sockets, granting superior night vision.
The muscular system underwent further hypertrophy; fibers rich in myofibrils regenerated almost continuously, allowing them to endure heavy loads and recover quickly from injuries. Their bone marrow produced macrophages with enhanced reparative functions, capable of sealing muscle tears and bone microfractures within hours.
Instead of developing abstract symbols, Neandro sap refined kinetic responses and tactical coordination: a complex system of movements, gestures, and bioelectric impulses that allowed them to operate as a unified organism within the narrow stone corridors. Territorial aggression and defensive instincts intensified through countless conflicts over underground space. As a result, a population of warriors emerged—bearing massive jaws, extended canines, resilient skin, and a brutal yet highly organized clan culture.
Though outwardly resembling the legendary giants of surface myths, their strength is the result of pure biological adaptation to subterranean life. Darkness, stone, and constant scarcity forged Neandro sap into beings capable of relentless struggle for every tunnel and chamber—a form whose brutal efficiency arose directly from the necessity to survive in the labyrinth of mountain shadows.

On the inhospitable planet Tistemor—within the dominion of Clan Thiev—the underworld stretches like a cathedral carved by pressure and poison. Tier upon tier of basalt terraces hang from the cavern walls, linked by needle-spined bridges and ribbed archways that leap across abysses veined with violet geothermal light. Countless lantern furnaces stud the rock like amber stars; their soot climbs the stalactites, while vent chimneys exhale thin ribbons of filtered gas back toward the surface storms. Black buttresses and iron latticework brace entire cliff faces, anchoring lift towers that rattle ore crates up from deeper seams.
