Clan Vim Rigentem

In the depths of the cosmos, among magnificent mountain landscapes and sharp cliffs, rises the world of Vim Rignetem. This clan is known throughout the Empire for its exceptional understanding of the elements and its unique atmospheric technologies. Their dominant race, the Homet Volucret, are beings with angelic wings—majestic and proud, soaring above the peaks. Like celestial rulers of the skies, the Homet Volucret are regarded as some of the noblest members of the Vims, and their authority extends across planets and other races that have united under their leadership.

Homet Volucret

Homo primigenius
A primitive hominin type that inhabited vast steppes in a temperate climate. This early species was characterized by a stocky, resilient build, high bone density, and strong resistance to injury. Although its regenerative abilities were limited, it compensated with physical strength and a simple yet effective system of symbolic communication. It was in this phase that the first social structures emerged, founded on strength, ritual, and intuitive organization.

Homo aerensis
The next stage was Homo aerensis, which evolved on rocky plateaus and regions with steep cliffs. Prolonged exposure to thin atmosphere and challenging terrain drove early adaptations to high-altitude life. Limbs became elongated, bones lightened through the development of internal air cavities, and flexible skin membranes formed between the arms and torso — precursors to aerodynamic structures. Though not yet capable of active flight, the aerensis were the first in this lineage to experiment with gliding through the air.

Homet pennatus
Over time, the Homet pennatus phase emerged, with its members inhabiting high mountain terraces and cities carved into steep massif walls. The membranes evolved into fully developed wings with keratin-based feathers, and the skeletal system became lightweight yet exceptionally strong — composed of tubular bones reinforced with trabeculae. A complex respiratory system developed, combining lungs with air sacs. This phase also saw a significant expansion of brain function, particularly in spatial orientation, navigation, and understanding of three-dimensional trajectories. Foundations were laid for advanced, non-verbal communication using ultrasonic signals and impulse-based exchanges

Homet volucret
The culmination of this evolutionary line is the species Homet volucret — a winged being that functionally rivals Homo deus. With wingspans ranging from four to six meters, built from keratin-carbon fibers, volucrets are capable of both active flight and long-range gliding at stratospheric altitudes. Their three-stage respiratory system — combining lungs, air sacs, and ion filtration — grants a level of endurance previously unattainable to hominid forms. Their bones, though hollow, are virtually indestructible.
The nervous system of Homet volucret is based on a neuro-quantum network, enabling instantaneous information processing, event prediction, and full control over emotional responses. Communication is multi-channel — through electric impulses, ultrasonic signals, pheromones, and subtle wing gestures.
Homet volucret embodies the elegance of a mythical being fused with the precision of an advanced biological organism. Their presence in both aerial and orbital spaces makes them one of the most well-adapted species for interplanetary operations — both biologically and intellectually. In many respects, they even surpass classical Homo deus forms, standing as a living symbol of biological elegance merged with technological perfection.
